Your Role:

The Account Manager is a dynamic and proactive individual responsible for overseeing our project in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will excel in managing customer relationships, conducting training sessions, analyzing data, creating comprehensive reports, and presenting findings to customers. This role also collaborates closely with our product and engineering teams to request new features and follow up on defects, ensuring seamless project management.

Your Main Duties:

  • Act as our customers’ primary point of contact, building and maintaining strong relationships and managing customer expectations.
  • Develop and conduct training sessions for customer teams to ensure they are proficient in using our solutions.
  • Analyze project data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Create detailed reports and presentations for customers, highlighting project progress, data insights, and plans.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, promptly addressing their needs and feedback. Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to request new features or enhancements and follow up on defect resolutions.
  • Oversee the project’s lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful delivery of all components. Identify potential issues and develop proactive solutions to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account or project management, with a proven track record of managing customer-focused projects.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and report creation.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Experience in the technology or B2B sector, and background in software development or digital transformation projects is preferred.
