Benefits and ER Specialist

Your Role:
The Benefits and ER Specialist is responsible for the administration and coordination of Qara’s employees’ benefits programs, payroll and compensation, personnel management, events management, employee relations, and internal communications. This role serves as a knowledgeable resource for employees and managers on all matters related to benefits, and employee-related processes.
Your Main Duties:
Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll:
- Manage the company benefits programs, including health insurance, life insurance, disability coverage, and other ancillary benefits
- Create and initiative new benefits program, compensation plans and employee recognition programs to attract candidates and retain employees.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding benefits enrollment, changes, and claims
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including managing PTO, bonuses, and tax withholdings
Personnel Management:
- Handle various personnel processes, including leave management, Work from home, excuses.
- Maintain accurate employee records and files.
- Handle Form 1,2,6 and all other relate forms and documents to assure compliance with social insurance law and labor law regulation.
Events Management:
- Plan and coordinate employee events, such as team-building activities.
- Manage event logistics, including budgeting, vendor coordination, and event promotion.
Employee Relations and Internal Communications:
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees, helping to address workplace concerns, investigate complaints, and recommend solutions.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Handling all communication emails and announcements.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure consistent messaging across the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in HR roles, with a strong focus on employee relations
- Thorough understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
- Proficient in benefits administration, payroll processing, and HR information systems
- Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis
