Job Description
1. Project Planning and Coordination:
● Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities.
● Maintain project documentation, including budgets and progress reports.
● Coordinate with team members to ensure project milestones are met.
● Track project expenses and prepare reports for project managers.
● Communicate project updates to stakeholders and team members.
● Assist in setting up &amp, maintaining customer’s data
● Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to think of new, innovative
ideas that will enhance customer engagement.

2. Issue Resolution and Reporting:
● Identify and address project issues and escalate as needed.
● Support project managers in various administrative tasks as required.

3. Data Analytics:
● Utilize data analytics tools to extract insights and trends related to project
performance.
● Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
● Present these reports to top management in a clear and professional format,
highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
● Experience need 3+ years in related field
● Proven experience in project coordination or administrative roles.
● Familiarity with SaaS Industry or a tech-driven environment is a Plus
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Specially Excel
● Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
