Key Responsibilities:

  • Orders Fulfillment:
  • Manage and oversee the order fulfillment process from order receipt to delivery.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and shipping teams to ensure timely order processing.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure orders can be fulfilled without delays.
  • Delivery Management:
  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of order deliveries, ensuring on-time and accurate shipments.
  • Work closely with logistics providers to track shipments and resolve any delivery issues.
  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding delivery updates and delays.
  • Day-to-Day Business Operations:
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient business functioning.
  • Address operational bottlenecks and troubleshoot issues to optimize workflows.
  • Continuously assess and improve business processes to increase operational efficiency.
  • Sales Support:
  • Provide support to the sales team by coordinating order processing, addressing customer queries, and managing order status updates.
  • Assist in sales tracking and reporting, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Help resolve issues related to customer orders, products, or services to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Order and QR Code Tracking:
  • Monitor order statuses and ensure accurate tracking of customer orders.
  • Manage QR code tracking systems to ensure efficient returns and customer verification.
  • Troubleshoot any issues related to order tracking and QR code management.
  • Returns & Incentives Issues:
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints related to order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Manage incentive programs, ensuring compliance and resolving any discrepancies related to customer incentives.
  • Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve any issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operations, logistics, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of order fulfillment and delivery processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with sales support and customer service processes.
  • Proficiency in using order management and tracking systems (e.g., ERP software, CRM systems).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues related to returns and customer satisfaction.
