Key Responsibilities:
- Orders Fulfillment:
- Manage and oversee the order fulfillment process from order receipt to delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and shipping teams to ensure timely order processing.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure orders can be fulfilled without delays.
- Delivery Management:
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of order deliveries, ensuring on-time and accurate shipments.
- Work closely with logistics providers to track shipments and resolve any delivery issues.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding delivery updates and delays.
- Day-to-Day Business Operations:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient business functioning.
- Address operational bottlenecks and troubleshoot issues to optimize workflows.
- Continuously assess and improve business processes to increase operational efficiency.
- Sales Support:
- Provide support to the sales team by coordinating order processing, addressing customer queries, and managing order status updates.
- Assist in sales tracking and reporting, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Help resolve issues related to customer orders, products, or services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Order and QR Code Tracking:
- Monitor order statuses and ensure accurate tracking of customer orders.
- Manage QR code tracking systems to ensure efficient returns and customer verification.
- Troubleshoot any issues related to order tracking and QR code management.
- Returns & Incentives Issues:
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints related to order fulfillment and delivery.
- Manage incentive programs, ensuring compliance and resolving any discrepancies related to customer incentives.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve any issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations, logistics, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of order fulfillment and delivery processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with sales support and customer service processes.
- Proficiency in using order management and tracking systems (e.g., ERP software, CRM systems).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive issues related to returns and customer satisfaction.
