Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Product Manager in managing the lifecycle of the product, from ideation to deployment.
- Translate product vision into actionable user stories and requirements that clearly articulate feature functionality and business needs for development teams.
- Own the product backlog, ensuring it is up to date, prioritized, and refined to meet product objectives and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and customer success) to ensure alignment and delivery on key product milestones.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders, customers, and development teams to ensure that all parties are informed and aligned on product progress.
- Define acceptance criteria and test scenarios to validate that product features meet business requirements.
- Monitor product performance post-launch, analyze user feedback, and propose enhancements to continuously improve the product.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities to enhance the product offering.
- Assist in product release planning and delivery by ensuring the teams are aware of timelines and milestones.
- Support the product team in setting up and managing SKUs, configuring customer-specific incentives, updating price points, and designing reward systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in a tech-focused environment, preferably in a fast-paced startup.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to work with development teams to manage sprint cycles and deliverables.
- Exceptional skills in creating and managing user stories, product backlogs, and roadmaps.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with rewards, loyalty programs, or incentive-based platforms is highly desirable.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex problems and delivering customer-centric solutions.
