Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and generate leads to expand the customer base and increase sales volume with wholesalers and retailers.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits of Product.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to secure sales agreements and meet revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to the sales supervisor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer service, to address customer needs and resolve any issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position Product in the market.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the technician or electrical industry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade technicians.
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to effectively convey technical information.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales software or CRM systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and attend promotional events as required
