Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision and strategy.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, for a specific product or product portfolio.
• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning it with the company’s overall goals and market trends.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to priorities and define product requirements, ensuring they align with business objectives and customer expectations.
• Work closely with the engineering team to ensure efficient and timely delivery of product features, using agile methodologies.
• Define and track key product metrics and success criteria, analyzing data to drive data-informed decision making.
• Act as the customer advocate, gathering feedback, conducting user testing, and using insights to continuously improve the product experience.
• Partner with the marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and effective product messaging.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager in a fast-paced tech or software development organization, preferably within a scale-up environment.
• Strong track record of successfully launching and managing innovative products throughout their lifecycle.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies, product management frameworks, and best practices.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
