Job Summary:

The Senior Tech Sales Manager drives revenue growth through prospecting, lead generation, deal execution, and client management. This role ensures seamless collaboration with R&D, Product, and Implementation teams, delivering tailored solutions and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, manage client communications, and close deals.
  • Coordinate with Product and R&D to customize solutions and oversee implementation.
  • Train client staff, integrate QR solutions, and manage invoicing.
  • Ensure client satisfaction, oversee account management, and drive upselling/cross-selling.
  • Manage customer support operations, including AI/chatbots and call centers.
  • Analyze data, develop dashboards, and oversee field operations for client promotions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Technology; MBA is a plus.
  • 7+ years in tech sales, account management, or business development.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS, QR tech, and digital solutions.
  • Proven track record in sales, negotiation, and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Experience with customer support operations is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
