Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership and Management:
- Recruit, train, and onboard telemarketing staff.
- Set individual and team sales targets and monitor progress.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching.
- Motivate the team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Telemarketing Operations:
- Develop and implement effective telemarketing strategies.
- Ensure the team follows scripts and maintains high-quality standards.
- Monitor live calls to ensure compliance and performance.
- Manage scheduling and allocate resources efficiently.
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns.
- Identify new opportunities to improve lead generation and conversion.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Analyze sales data to track team performance.
- Prepare and present regular reports on telemarketing activities and outcomes.
- Use insights to make data-driven decisions and improve results.
- Customer Engagement:
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained.
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Telemarketing Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and telemarketing tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
