Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership and Management:
    • Recruit, train, and onboard telemarketing staff.
    • Set individual and team sales targets and monitor progress.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching.
    • Motivate the team to meet and exceed sales goals.
  2. Telemarketing Operations:
    • Develop and implement effective telemarketing strategies.
    • Ensure the team follows scripts and maintains high-quality standards.
    • Monitor live calls to ensure compliance and performance.
    • Manage scheduling and allocate resources efficiently.
  3. Sales and Revenue Generation:
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns.
    • Identify new opportunities to improve lead generation and conversion.
  4. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Analyze sales data to track team performance.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on telemarketing activities and outcomes.
    • Use insights to make data-driven decisions and improve results.
  5. Customer Engagement:
    • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained.
    • Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Telemarketing Manager or in a similar role.
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  4. Proficient in using CRM software and telemarketing tools.
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
  6. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  7. Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  8. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
